Barely alive from the last encounter, you reach a colossal subterranean gravesite. As you set foot on the mossy earth, the temperature drops from a chill in the air; a whispering breeze carries the song of a long forgotten lost spirit that wanders over the tombs and nameless graves. Then it spots you! It beckons you, lures you closer into it's frozen grasp; to take you into the dead blue light of Hinterkaifen.

For any gamer of a certain age it's impossible not to love these simple but incredibly catchy, imagination-kindling melodies. Man this takes me back.... Screw up your courage, lift up your sword, and open the creaking door.... Dave Aftandilian

A true Tolkien infused black metal. Fast, melodic, raw. Strong riffs, great vocals. Track 3 reminds me a bit of Fenriz' Isengard project. Amazing release from beginning to end. Anders Kvistr
